Head of Section on Research Potential in the National Centre for Research and Development of Poland. She holds a post of the Coordinator of the NCP_WIDE.NET project (financed under Horizon 2020). Katarzyna is a delegate of Horizon Europe Programmes Committees on Widening participation and strengthening the European Research Area as well as European Innovation Council and European Innovative Ecosystems. Her experience in the Framework Programmes is reaching the 7th Framework Programme, Horizon 2020 and currently Horizon Europe. On a daily basis she supports Centres of Excellence, research institutions, innovative SMEs, start-ups and large companies in obtaining funds for the development of research and innovation projects under Horizon Europe and complementary funding. Her fields of specialization are innovation, cooperation industryacademia, synergies between EU financial sources and international cooperation. She is leading an Innovation Coach project financed from Structural Funds. She has a long-lasting experience in management and implementation of the European projects financed under Framework Programmes (7th Framework Programme, Horizon 2020), Structural Funds and Norway Funds. She is leading an Innovation Coach project financed from Structural Funds. She is one of the co-authors of Polish Teaming 2 successful projects. Member of the Advisory Board in the ERALEARN 2020 project, member of several committees related to structural funds and complementary funding. 2015 -2020 she was a President of the Association of the Top 500 Innovators, alumnus of the Top 500 Innovators Programme at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California. Her education gathers i.a. European Integration and Gender Mainstreaming. She studied as well at the University of Warsaw and University of Mainz (Socrates/ Erasmus scholarship). She is also one of the creator of the Girls go start-up Academy! First female entrepreneurship Academy in Poland.
