This session will present the ATHENA policy briefs highlighting the complexities and varying degrees of gender inequality indexes, particularly in remote or less developed areas. The brief underscores thus the importance of context-specific strategies to address these disparities among youngers, smaller or remote research performing organizations with respect to more developed or bigger research performing organizations.
