The Gender Studies Platform has been established at the Research Institute of the University of Bucharest

In the framework of the ATHENA project, the Research Institute of the University of Bucharest (ICUB) has established the Gender Studies Platform. This platform for interdisciplinary research aims to establish a communication forum within the academic community for the promotion of academic research works and projects in the field, the dissemination of ideas and research interests that could be fruitful for future collaborations, the exchange of experiences, and the development of partnerships with existing research teams or centres.

The Gender Studies Platform is open to all University of Bucharest (UB) researchers, professors, and doctoral students who are interested in gender studies or whose academic work considers the gender dimension.

Support for the Gender Studies Platform is provided by both the ICUB and the team that is in charge of implementing the Gender Equality Plan at UB.
